The working directory, files names and preferences are defined in the option Files of the Main Menu.
The conditions of calculations and the geometry of the cell are defined by the user in the options Data and Geometry, respectively.
Execution of the program can be activated in the menu options Graphics and Run. Graphics can be displayed during execution when the Graphics option is used.
